Collection & Delivery Info

Pick up in store

If at checkout you select 'Pick up in store', we will receive your order immediately and put your item aside for you. Collection is from the back of our Busselton store, and you will receive directions for pick up in your order confirmation. Please bring someone to assist our staff to load your item into your vehicle. 

Collection is available during the days and times we are open (Thursday, Friday, Saturday).

Delivery

If at checkout you select 'Delivery', we will be in touch with you right away via text or phone call in order to organise your delivery at a time that is suitable. Delivery within South West WA is accommodated on the days we are open (Thursday, Friday, Saturday). Should you place an order on these days we can typically deliver same or next day.

Perth deliveries can be accommodated within 2-7 days from order placement. 

In all instances, we try to get your items to you as soon as possible. Often our customers are pleasantly surprised by how quickly we can get their pieces to them.

Interstate deliveries

Yes we can deliver interstate. Please get in touch with us and we can arrange a quote. We use specialised carriers to collect your furniture and deliver to within your front door. Please note these are independent companies, separate to The Furniture Place. Interstate deliveries can take up to 2-3 weeks.
